2025 Rates and Rental Process

If you were a renter in 2024 and wish to rent your corresponding week in 2025, send a message to uttereastvilla@gmail.com and let us know. We will temporarily hold your week.
Our 2025 Rates will be available on our website on January 1, 2025. If you decide to rent again, send us an email and we’ll send you the 2025 rental agreement and deposit info.
In order to secure your week in 2025, we need to receive your deposit and completed rental agreement by January 20, 2025. Payments can be accepted by check, Venmo or Zelle. We’ll send you payment details with the rental agreement.
If you wish to change your week for 2025, let us know right away. However, we may not be able to confirm availability until after January 20th. You will be given priority over new renters. Changes will be made on a first-come basis.
As you know, the Villa can host a max of 6 guests. No pets (we love pets too, but we have to be mindful of other renters’ sensitivities).

If you are a prospective new renter, our 2025 Rates will be available on our website on January 1, 2025.
